TimoCue Privacy Policy

1. About this policy
SORYUKEN, K.K., the operator of TimoCue (the “Operator”), handles information needed to use timers for the purposes of the relevant features. This policy explains the information handled, its storage and transmission, third-party services, and deletion methods. Warranties and responsibility concerning third-party content are explained in the Terms of Use.
2. Information stored on the device

The page URL, original text, and position are used temporarily to validate time candidates during capture. Source-page references are not stored in newly added timers.
We do not provide a feature that stores entire web pages, a separate TimoCue search history, or a list of completed timer history. Search-field input is handled as on-screen state during use. We do not provide a feature that collects search queries or web page text on the Operator's analytics servers.
3. Communication with search services and websites
Performing a search sends the query to the selected search service. Ordinary web communication with visited websites also occurs. Search services and websites may handle IP addresses, cookies, and device or browser information under their own terms and privacy policies. Advertising and measurement on those sites are also third-party processing. WebKit handles cookies, caches, and stored site data for ordinary website display. Information saved in an account with Google or another search service cannot be deleted through TimoCue settings alone. Google's information: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=ja. For Yahoo! 4. Use of the operating system
End alarms use iOS AlarmKit. Information may also be handled through OS backups or device settings. TimoCue does not provide its own account synchronization service.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed for features and safe operation. Clear browsing data removes cookies, caches, and site storage in the TimoCue browser. It does not delete timers, scheduled OS alarms, favorites, search-engine settings, or consent records. Viewing this policy or declining the Terms does not automatically delete stored information or scheduled OS alarms. Safari history and search-service account history are not cleared. You may be signed out of websites you logged into within the app. Deleting the app does not guarantee deletion of all information, including information held by search services or in OS backups.
6. Advertising, analytics, and accounts
TimoCue does not use its own membership registration, advertising SDKs, or behavioral analytics SDKs. These are distinct from advertising and measurement by search services and visited websites. This policy will be updated if our handling of information changes.
7. Policy changes and contact
